Summary
Production Operatives / FLT Driver - Required
Ashbourne - DE6
Role and key responsibilities for our Production Operatives / FLT Driver:
- Responsible for the manufacturing assets
- Liaising with maintenance and assisting where needed
- You will inspect, carry out and ensure that plant routines are regularly adhered to and that the cleanliness of the plant mechanism, plant area, adjacent buildings, and equipment are at all times properly and regularly inspected, cleaned in accordance with site instructions.

Minimum Requirements for our Production Operatives / FLT Driver:
- Highly motivated General Operative with drive and enthusiasm to work as part of the Shift team.
- Excellent communication and team working skills
- Good organisational skills
- Able to work on your own initiative
- Ability to work to deadlines and problem solve
- Own transport required
Pay rate: £11.96 per hour (pay rates currently under review and will be back paid from day 1)
20% bonus on all Afternoon shifts
After completing full working week 43 hrs (38 hrs paid as STD, 7 hrs paid as Overtime x1.50 every week)
Morning shift:
- Monday to Thursday 06:15 - 15:00
- Friday 06:15 - 14:45
- Paid Breaks
Afternoon shift
- Monday to Thursday 14:45 - 00:30
- Paid Breaks
In return for production operative:
Catering on site
Paid breaks

Free tea and coffee
