Summary
We currently have a great opportunity with an established Housing organisation for a Housing Services Advisor role on a temporary basis for up to 3 months full time. This is an office based role located in East London.
Job Title: Housing Services Advisor
Salary : Up to £26 per hour
Contract : Temporary role, Full-time
Location East London (OFFICE BASED - 5 days a week)
Responsibilities of Housing Services Advisor:
- To deliver a high level of Customer Service
- To deliver sound advice to tenants on all Housing issues
- To respond to all tenancy requests in a timely manner over the phone or in person.
- Dealing with repair requests
- Efficiently use IT systems.
Essential criteria of a Housing Services Advisor
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to respond to all situations
- Maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Understand rent accounts
- Knowledge of online housing support systems
- Ability to prioritise
- Proficient with the Microsoft suite
Preferred
- Worked in a social housing background as Customer service officer, Housing assistant or as a repairs planner.
