Summary
Maintenance Handyperson - Full time Permanent role - working in the North West and West London areas
All applicants must have a full UK driving licence
STRAIGHTFORWARD ROLE - NO QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED (Full UK driving licence is essential though)
- £15.80 ph (PAYE) - WEEKLY PAY
- Very well paid overtime is available
- Van and fuel card provided for you - van can be taken home every day
- Days - Monday to Friday
- North West and West London areas -such as Acton, Ealing, Willesden, Hanwell, Shepherds Bush etc
Main Duties:
- Very basic plumbing maintenance work (i.e fixing a leak, changing a tap)
- Very basic electrical work - (wiring a plug, changing a bulb etc)
- Door repair, fitting new handles, basic joinery repair work
- Changing or fitting locks and latches
- General very straightforward maintenance work in North West and West London
All Applicants must:
- Prior experience in maintenance and repair.
- Experience in basic plumbing, basic electrical and able to carry out simple carpentry and joinery repairs
- Experience in very basic electrical work such as wiring a plug or changing a light bulb
- Good all round maintenance and repair experience
- North West and West London
Monday to Friday - Days - permanent role in a nationwide company
