Summary


Hays Business Support are currently working with an organisation who are looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
Within this role, duties will include:

  • Correspond with customers by email and telephone.
  • Co-ordinate Sales enquiries by email and telephone.
  • Generate sales quotations.
  • Liaise with customers to assist in creating technical quotations and order processing.
  • Follow up and chase existing sales quotations.
  • Input and process sales orders.
  • Generate Sales order acknowledgements and issue them to the customer, when required.
  • Update databases.
  • Helping to update social media platforms.


We are looking for someone with excellent attention to detail. Any experience of using SAP would be great, but it is not essential. You will be organised and able to work as part of a team towards deadlines.
This organisation offers an early finish on Fridays, on-site parking and a competitive salary.
