Summary
Connect Appointments have a new permanent opportunity in the Kinross area, for a reliable and experienced Maintenance/Facilities Operative.
This is a full-time permanent position working Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm; paid at a competitive annual rate (to be discussed during initial contact).
Working as a Maintenance/Facilities Operative, your role will centre around ensuring all maintenance tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Combined with:
- Painting and decorating to a very high standard
- Undertaking basic carpentry work
- Conducting small electrical maintenance tasks
- Conducting daily/weekly checks of the building
- Maintain a log required maintenance tasks and work undertaken
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Assist to ensure back of house areas are kept clean and tidy
- Undertaking commercial kitchen sanitation and maintenance
- Carrying out reasonable duties as required on an ad hoc basis
To be successful within this maintenance role, you will have previous experience in a similar role. Combined with knowledge/familiarity of the following operational systems:
- Knowledge of heating and climate controls
- Access control, including key fobs and gate codes
- TV/Media, audio and lighting controls and fuse boxes
- Meeting room services and equipment controls
- Fire alarm and smoke alarm systems testing
- Emergency Light Testing
- Bulb Changing and Ordering
