Summary
We are currently looking for an experienced Catering and Bar Manager to join our dynamic team.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our catering and bar services. This includes planning, organizing, and coordinating events, managing staff, maintaining high levels of customer service, and ensuring compliance with food and beverage regulations.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage day-to-day operations of our catering and bar services.
2. Coordinate with chefs to plan menus and food presentations.
3. Hire, train, and supervise catering and bar staff.
4. Ensure superior customer service and resolve customer complaints as they arise.
5. Oversee inventory, order supplies, and manage budgets.
6. Ensure compliance with food and alcohol safety regulations and licensing laws.
7. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Catering or Bar Manager.
2. Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails.
3. Exceptional leadership and decision-making skills.
4. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
5. Strong communication and customer service skills.
6. Knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures.
7. Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve issues promptly.
