Summary
Randstad C&P are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager specialising in Cat A and Cat B fit outs, with a background of delivering schemes up to £!0m. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards.
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and maintaining clear communication channels. Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including risk assessments, resource allocation, and procurement strategies.
- Provide innovative solutions to overcome challenges and optimize project outcomes.
- Monitor progress, track milestones, and report regularly on project status to stakeholders.
- Liaise with clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met and expectations exceeded.
Requirements:
- Construction related Bachelor's degree or equivalent (HND/NVQ etc.)
- Proven track record of successfully managing commercial fit out projects, including Cat A and Cat B.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets of up to £10 million.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communicator with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
