Are you the right person for the job?
• Proficiency in Xero Accounting software is essential
• Industry experience is desirable but not required
What will your role look like?
• Process daily rent receipts and prepare client statements
• Assist with petty cash control and banking excess cash
• Handle credit card payments, particularly for planning applications
• Provide general assistance to the Finance Director
• Control reconciliation of tenants' deposits with the MyDeposit Scheme, including registration on receipt of deposit and processing refunds on tenant departure
• Manage all physical ASTs and Commercial Leases, scanning new agreements onto Arthur Software
• Maintain full accounting control for the company pension scheme (mainly commercial leases), including payment processing and liaising with trustees
