A fantastic new opportunity for an operations Manager with an Electrical background to lead a portfolio of engineering projects
across the Southern region. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on exciting projects for our customers, covering a wide range

What’s the role:

* Overseeing the day-to-day operational management of all site-based activities within Electrical operations, reporting to the
Senior Electrical Operations Manager.
* Overseeing electrical projects from inception to completion
* Ensuring efficient deployment of field-based service operatives, effective management of health & safety, and quality control
of service delivery.
* Managing the optimisation of productivity and working with the Project Manager, be aware of the profitability of contracts, as
well as the procurement of materials and effective project cost control.
* Liaising with clients and suppliers to ensure heightened productivity and profitability, taking responsibility for the
efficient utilisation of available resources.
* Taking ownership of ensuring that all operational activities meet the required quality standards and comply with relevant
health and safety regulations.



What you’ll need:

* NVQ or a recognized apprenticeship in Electrical engineering, level 3 or similar qualification
* Have IOSH, SSSTS / SMSTS.
* Experience in the use of Microsoft Office programs is also essential.
* To have management experience and ideally a technical understanding of the Water or associated Industry
* Full Uk driving License.
