A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quality Engineer to join a UK known manufacturer in the Aerospace industry in the Worcestershire Area!

With no day ever being the same the Quality Engineer role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class organisation.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all process improvements and projects on site
  • Supervising and mentoring junior members of staff - 1 direct report
  • Non conformance management - reporting, monitoring, measuring etc.
  • Developing systems to the optimum level - process mapping, gap analysis, action planning and project management.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Experience working to ISO9001 and AS9100 standards
  • Supervisory experience
  • Six Sigma/Lean Qualifications
  • Experience working in the Aerospace industry
