What you’ll be doing



As a Housing Support Grant evaluation co-ordinator within our Liverpool Big Life service, you will focus on working with the
Liverpool team to provide a first-class service to individuals that are accessing Housing Support Grant (HSG) services (The prehab
service, the aftercare and move on service, the community support service and the lived experience workforce development service).



You will recruit Experts by Experience e to work within a support team providing the opportunities for service users from the HSG
projects to tell their stories and to research the effectiveness of these services.



You will work within Liverpool Support Hub to give vulnerable adults a safe environment to get support and engage with
activities.





What we need from you



* Experience of working with individuals (1-2-1) in different settings to help them achieve their goals.
* Experience of working with a range of agencies and organisations to develop effective working relationships.
* Experience in one or more of the following fields: homelessness, addiction, mental health, physical health, employment, social
inclusion.
* Ability to manage a varied and complex workload effectively.
* Ability to deal with and de-escalate difficult situations in a calm manner.
* Personal resilience and flexible attitude in the face of difficulties.
* You need an enhanced level DBS check for this role.

* A full-time contract (until 31 March 2025) with an annual salary of NJC Scale 14 - £27,344 (we would consider a job share of 16
hours)
* 25 days holiday, and 30 once you've been here five years
