The Position

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a new Cluster Manager to join the floor room family. As a Cluster Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple stores in a designated area, driving sales growth and ensuring exceptional customer service.

You will be assigned to a home store (Cheadle) but will also be responsible for managing the team leaders and day to day operations in your cluster of stores, subject to review, which are currently; Milton Keynes, Nottingham, Liverpool, Solihull, Trafford and Leicester.

The ideal candidate location would be located around Staffordshire/Nottinghamshire/Derbyshire, however we would welcome applications form candidates who are based in other areas. Regular travelling between locations is essential.

Key responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, retain and develop a high performing team of Team Leaders and Flooring Consultants
  • Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered in all stores, whilst consistently improving the customer experience
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive footfall and increase sales
  • Analyse sales data and monitor performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing any action plans
  • To ensure compliance with company policies and procedures across stores

The Person

The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:

  • You will have proven experience in a similar role, managing multiple stores in a high-end luxury sector or assisted sales environment
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to manage and motivate and develop a team
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Results driven and commercially focused, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
  • You will be analytical, and data driven and able to use this to inform decision making
