Your new role
In this role, you will be:
- Supporting the procurement manager in their day-to-day duties
- Helping out with tenders and mini-competitions
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure procurement processes are followed
- Engaging in supplier relationship management
- Overseeing and processing contracts
- Adhering to Scottish public sector regulations in all aspects of your work
What you'll need to succeed
A successful candidate will have:
- Relevant procurement experience (ideally in the public sector)
- An ambitious attitude and desire to progress their career
- Comprehensive understanding of procurement processes
- Good commercial acumen
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
