Summary

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to join a well-established Porsche Dealership.

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent.
Location: Kings Langley, WD4.
Salary: Starting Salary of £29,000 Per Annum, Depending on Experience.

They are now looking to recruit an experienced Service Advisor to join their team to assist the Technical Manager in ensuring the efficient and profitable operation of the Service and Storage Departments.

Key Duties (But not limited too):

• To be the customer point of contact on all service work.
• Interpreting customer concerns and comments and liaising with technicians.
• Raise Job cards for technicians and consult with the workshop for all work required to be carried out, giving details for expected completion dates.
• Responsible for sending out MOT and service reminders to all customers.
• To maintain the integrity of data on their DMS.
• Scheduling service work to be completed in a timely manner.
• Estimating time and costs associated with repairs.
• Handling customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Tracking the vehicles through the workshop.
• Gather technical information and relay it in a way that customers will understand.

Candidate Requirements:

• At least 5 years’ experience as a Service Advisor.
• Fully computer literate.
• Technical Understanding of vehicles and all components.
• Ideal qualified in the automotive field.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Ability to work in a high paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks simultaneously.
• Strong Communication Skills.
