The Impact You Will Have:
As a Duty Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and effective management of Exeter Airport’s Food
and Beverage operations. Deputising for the General Manager, you will uphold LED's values, supervise activities, and maintain high
safety standards for both customers and staff. Your strategic oversight will contribute to achieving annual KPIs and fostering
customer and employee satisfaction. Your impact will extend to finance, business development, security, and compliance with
regulations, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in every aspect of Food and Beverage management.
What You Will Bring to the Role:
The ideal candidate for the Duty Manager position at Exeter Airport will bring a wealth of supervisory experience and showcase
strong leadership skills, guiding our team towards success. With a background in food and beverage operations and related
environments, you'll seamlessly integrate into our dynamic setting. Your ability to work independently and collaboratively,
coupled with IT competence in Word and Excel, will ensure efficient day-to-day management. Remaining cool-headed in emergency
