Are you a recent graduate with a passion for teaching? Are you looking for your next challenge, gaining hands-on experience for the new school year?
Our Parter school is a vibrant and inclusive mainstream school committed to providing high-quality education and fostering a love for learning. They are currently looking to appoint a passionate and supportive Graduate to join their dedicated team of support staff, supporting children with their engagement in class and classwork.
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Work with small groups and individual students to provide tailored support and intervention.
- Assist in the preparation of classroom materials and resources.
- Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Participate in school activities and events, contributing to the school community.
Requirements:
- A degree in any discipline (Education-related degree is a plus).
- A genuine interest in pursuing a career in teaching.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach to supporting students' learning.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
