Summary






We are excited to announce a brand new opportunity for an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager to join our Capital Team here at 2gether Support Solutions. If you are passionate about leading complex projects and excel at stakeholder engagement and governance, we would very much welcome your application.



Based at the William Harvey Hospital in Ashford, with potential consideration for other locations (QEQM Hospital, Margate or K&C Hospital, Canterbury).



As a Senior Project Manager,you will be at the forefront of our capital projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and are delivered safely. Your initial focus will be on a multi-year, multi-million pound fire strategy implementation project, among other concurrent projects. This role will offer the chance to drive projects that truly make a difference.







Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex capital projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Drive the Capital Governance Process and ensure robust stakeholder engagement.
• Provide detailed reports on health and safety, program status, financial management, and technical concerns to senior teams.
• Support and advise Project Managers on their schemes and be a resource point for advice/queries.
• Raise the profile of the project within the organisation and ensure effective communication.
• Manage external consultants and ensure designs conform to statutory legislation and guidance.
• Take full responsibility for project budgets, ensuring comprehensive financial management.




What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in senior project management within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
• Strong leadership skills with a successful track record of delivering large-scale projects.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of capital financial control, reporting, and expenditure.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and manage conflicting requirements.
• Relevant qualifications in Building, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. Corporate/full membership of one of the following institutions: CIOB, RICS, RIBA, IEE, ImechE, CIBSE, IHEEM
• Competence in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, MS Project, and Word.
