Summary

Tenancy Officer

Kent & Bromley

Up to £38,500 plus paid business mileage

We are looking to recruit a Tenancy Officer.

Resident Services work closely with our customers, providing housing services, housing management and first-class customer care.

As a Tenancy Officer you will be working within the Commercial function to provide our residents with a personal point of contact for all queries.

Responsibilities

Responding and managing to tenancy breaches.
Lead on managing reported cases of hoarding and safeguarding.
Ensure thorough understanding of the rights and obligations of all types of tenancies.
Leading tenancy fraud initiatives.
Co-ordinating with Local Authorities to highlight high risk properties.
Working with the Tenancy Advisor team, to enforce the terms and conditions of tenancy.
Initiate legal proceedings and attend court hearings for tenancy fraud cases.
Skills and Experience

Previous experience working in tenancy management
Excellent communication skills
Ability to build and maintain a rapport with tenants and colleagues
Must be comfortable working under pressure to tight deadlines
Driving license and access to your own vehicle (preferred)
DBS Check Required
