Job description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to provide exceptional support and assistance to our Service Users. As a Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals who require specialized care and support. Your primary responsibility will be to promote independence, dignity, and well-being among the service users in your care, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Responsibilities:
Provide person-centered care
Assist with daily living activities
Promote independence
Monitor health and well-being
Emotional and social support
Implement care plans
Safeguarding
Participate in training and development

Requirements:
No Previous experience required. Full paid training will be given
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Empathy and patience
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Basic IT skills and ability to maintain and record accurate records
Valid driver's licence and access to reliable transportation
