Summary
A fantastic new opportunity has opened for a F&B Assistant to join our team at The Sabine Rooftop Bar.
Sabine Rooftop Bar offers an exciting experience of the London skyline from Leonardo Royal London St Paul's Hotel roof terrace. Guests can expect breath-taking views with a botanical interior theme and a selection of stylish crafted cocktails and seasonal sharing platters. The secret garden provides an oasis from the busy London streets - in a hidden rooftop space with two outside terraces - one with a retractable roof.
As a F&B Assistant you’ll play a key part in our guest’s experience, so we want you to bring your warm and friendly personality to work with you every day. Take a deep breath because you’ll be stepping into a busy role! You’ll be working as part of a vibrant team to deliver first-class hospitality to our guests in the hotel’s rooftop bar.

- Be Yourself!
- Be responsible for a section of the floor – take ownership and offer the best!
- Have good teamwork skills - we want work to be fun for all of our employees
- Need to work well under pressure – it is very fast-paced but don't worry you'll be supported from day one
- Need to have good knowledge of our products – guests love asking for recommendations!
- Ensure all payments are taken correctly and efficiently
- Solve any guests queries and ensure overall satisfaction of guests.
