As a Front of House Lead at Sodexo in Chivas Brothers Kilmalid. What you’ll do:
Keeping up-to-date with Retail Ranger promotions and RSP (Recommend Selling Prices)
Ensure that the Kappture EPOS Till data reflects the current tariffs, RSP & Promotions
Late requests and amendments for hospitality (and free issues) – ensuring that admin bills back correctly to CBL
Ensure compliance in relation to allergens.
Client & customer satisfaction
Employee performance, supervision & training to comply with HSE
Customer satisfaction with the catering outlets and hospitality service
Motivation of Front of House Team
What you bring:

Experience with front of house catering & retail outlets
IT/PC skills advantageous
Good communication skills
Ability to manage a team
