Summary

Position: Part Time Purchase Ledger Administrator (working hours are Monday to Friday from 10 am to 3 pm, with flexibility to work from 9:30 am to 2:30 pm)

Salary: £12.00 ph

Are you seeking flexible part-time hours and possess prior experience in purchase ledger and administration? An exciting opportunity awaits with our client near Greetham and Clipsham, operating within the Agri-Food sector. Easily commutable from Oakham, Stamford, Grantham, Bourne, and Colsterworth, our client is in search of a candidate with proven purchase ledger experience and adeptness in general administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional organisational skills, along with previous sales or purchase ledger experience and strong communication abilities for customer and supplier interactions. As a Part-Time Purchase Ledger Administrator, your responsibilities will include updating spreadsheets, processing orders, handling phone communications, and supporting the production team with administrative tasks as needed. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Sage is preferred for this role.
