Summary
Quality Manager
You will gain excellent exposure in this role to a realigning of technical standards on a global scale with you leading the QMS revamp.
This global food business partners with leading retailers to provide innovation-led, exciting ingredients. There’s lots of potential to develop and grow your career in the UK or internationally as this company is undergoing some exciting changes to really promote its technical offering.
Joining as their Quality Manager, you’ll be instrumental in driving the food safety culture across the factory. As a key member of the Technical and Quality team, you’ll proactively manage relationships with customer technical counterparts. Your confidence and ability will extend to assisting on customer audits and visits, working closely with the Operations team to ensure quality systems and procedures are followed across the site.
This is a great time to join the business as they undergo a range of new initiatives and in some areas, you will help guide them too.
This role will be managing a relatively large team compared to the size of the overall site, which hopefully points to the investment and standing they give to technical/quality within the site but also parent company.
This is a great opportunity to work with good products, good people, with a good company but equally one that doesn’t want to rest on its laurels and is actively looking to enhance its technical offering.
You will need a background in food manufacturing and ideally level 3 food safety / HACCP.
