Role Overview: As a Year 2 Class Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality education that meets the diverse needs of your students. You will have the opportunity to create engaging lesson plans, implement effective teaching strategies, and foster a love for learning in a supportive classroom setting. This role offers the possibility of a permanent position from September 2024, with the flexibility to teach in either Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons tailored to the needs of Year 2 students
- Implement effective classroom management techniques to maintain a positive learning environment
- Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback and support
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience and contribute to school initiatives
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community

Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 1, particularly Year 2, is desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to fostering the academic and personal development of all students
- Enthusiasm for professional growth and continuous learning
