Summary

We are actively looking to recruit full-time and part-time Teaching Assistants to support our partnership Primary schools in and around Cambridge.

You do not previous classroom experience, however it is beneficial. We find that students studying relevant qualifications, or individuals from the care sector adapt well to this role.

Hours: 08:30 - 15:30

Full-time and part-time positions available

Pay: £90 - £95 per day / £450 - £475 per week.

Your role will consist of:
- Helping the teacher with record-keeping, by recording observations of pupils during the school day.
- Preparing activities and learning materials in preparation for lessons.
- Providing 1:1 support to students with Special Educational Needs, ensuring their needs are met, and that they receive an inclusive education.
- Communicate effectively with staff in different departments.
- Report any safeguarding concerns that may arise to the designated safeguard lead.
- Promote and support positive behaviour between students.
