Teaching Assistant - Chesterfield
Daily pay rate: £90-110 Per Day

Location: Alternative provision - Chesterfield, UK.
About you: You are a confident teaching assistant, with experience of working with pupils who exhibit challenging behaviour and often become dysregulated. You are aware of how to contribute to the provision of a safe and supportive environment with the ability to work flexibly. You have a professional approach to work with your mental health currently in a positive place.

Your role will include (but not limited too):
- Support children in their own homes access to school provision.
- To provide support and intervention to pupils, helping them to develop positive relationships with others.
- Support the delivery of the curriculum to ensure that pupils realise their full potential both socially and academically.
- Working with other team members, agencies and parents/carers in a supportive and professional manner to best meet the needs of individual pupils.
- Strong resilience, and strong team player.
Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS on the update service
- Must drive with access to a car with business insurance.
- Confident in working with SEND and SEMH children.
