Summary
To work alongside the manager in promoting a safe, high quality early years education and care for young children, with out pack away setting ensuring compliance with the childrens act.
To inspire and lead our small team of staff to deliver high quality inclusive early years education and care.
to be a role model for the wider staff team, modelling sensitive and responsive interaction with our children
To work as a keyworker to a group of children
To Deputise in the Managers absence
Have a flexible approach to working
Put Service excellence to the forefront of all that we do
Be able to lift and carry as we are a pack-away Pre-school
To be approachable for children, parents and staff team
To be able to have fun
To enjoy exploring paint, mud, gloop and whatever else alongside the children.
Knowing a few nursery rhymes (being able to sing in tune is not a necessity).
Having at least level 3 childcare qualification.
