Planning Officer – Scale 6 (scp 21-24) £30,825 to £33,024 per annum
37 hours per week

During your induction period you will work from the Council Offices at Clitheroe to help you intergrate within the team and your role. Following this period, the Council currently allow hybrid homeworking of two days per week for full time staff.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified planner to come and join our ambitious, forward thinking, and proactive Development Management team; seeking to create sustainable communities whilst protecting and enhancing the rich cultural heritage and landscape of the beautiful Ribble Valley.

The successful candidate will work in a Senior Planning Officer or Planning Officer role, dependent on experience, and will determine a varied caseload of planning applications throughout the Borough. Please indicate on your application form which role you are applying for.
