Telephone Sales Advisor
£ 23,796.00 per annum + bonuses (OTE circa £26k)
40 hours per week – Monday to Friday

We are at present seeking a full time Sales Advisor to join our Sales Centre based in Glasgow, which is experiencing ongoing growth.
The successful candidate will:
• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to place their order
• Manage inbound call volume and deal with customer enquiries
• Increase the number of trading customers and sell new lines
• Provide guidance to customers on a range of products and services
• Build relationships with customers
• Be able to complete Admin tasks
To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:
• Proficiency in telephone skills
• Competence in computer applications such as Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Prior experience in Customer Service and sales
• Previous office work experience
