Summary
Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Van Driver to join our team. As a Van Driver, you will be responsible for collecting goods and materials and delivering them into our depots.
Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate a van to deliver goods to customers
- Load and unload items from the van heavy lifting involved
- Communicate with customers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Inspect the van for any mechanical issues before and after each trip
Requirements:
- Valid UK driver's license
- Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or Van Driver
- Excellent knowledge of local roads and routes
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers
- Ability to lift heavy items and load/unload the van
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have good time management skills
Due to insurance you will need to have held your licence for over a year. Please do not apply if you do not meet this requirement.
