Summary
We are currently looking for passionate and dedicated Evening Events Assistants to join our team at Edinburgh Zoo. This is an exciting opportunity and would suit someone who enjoys customer service and working in fast paced environment.
Job Description:- Previous experience in catering/retail/customer service- To ensure the highest level of customer care is adhered to at all times- To demonstrate a can-do attitude towards individual customer requests and strive to exceed customer expectations- To maximize all sales opportunities through selling techniques- To accept payment and give change to customers, including operating a till- To acquire a good knowledge of all products in order to be able to advise individual customers on their product choice- To actively gain customer feedback, passing information gained onto your line manager.
Both Full & Part time roles available.Training provided.
Ideal candidates must be:- Nice, friendly and customer focused- Passionate- Enthusiastic- Like working as part of a team
Restaurant background beneficial.
Please note that shifts\\' pattern may vary from afternoon to late evening.
