Summary
Our client, an established Yacht operator, specialising in bespoke cruises around the Mediterranean and Greek Islands are seeking a Senior Chef to join their team.
The role is a head/solo chef onboard a 62ft Catamaran yacht, starting from Athens, Greece and working it’s way around the beautiful and scenic Greek islands.
The Menus are put together by the chef on board, based and devised with from the client. You will have experience in private dining/working on boats previously and be able to work alone and being creative with menu implementation.
The role Initially will be 10 days, but there's potential to stay on for a longer period, over the Summer- to be confirmed.
The Salary is €1,000 per 7 day charter. + Tips + Live in and flights/transfers
Hours are not set, so we are looking for a chef to be able to cook and prep breakfast, pre packed lunches and a three course dinner with canapes, working on menus with preferences with the client.
Crew accommodation onboard the yacht, with shower facilities and full board, working alongside a team of three, this is a great opportunity.
Start date required is Tuesday 21.05, so we need the candidate to be available from next week!
Travel will be paid for to Athens, along with transfers to the yacht and back to the UK
