As a Customer Liaison Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring effective communication between our housing association and our valued tenants. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Tenant Engagement:
    Building strong relationships with tenants to understand their needs, concerns, and preferences.
  • Upgrade Advisement:
    Providing advice and information to tenants regarding property upgrades and improvement works.
  • Contractor Access:
    Coordinating with contractors to ensure smooth access to properties during upgrade projects.
  • Problem Resolution:
    Addressing any issues or challenges faced by tenants during the upgrade process.

Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Customer Service Skills:
    Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the housing or property management sector.
  • Effective Communication:
    The ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with tenants and contractors.
  • Driving Skills:
    A valid driving licence and willingness to travel to various properties within Manchester.
