Summary
You’ll work flexibly, providing additional cover such as weekends, during holidays, or busy periods. Working days include weekends and weekdays, from approximately 9am to 6pm.

As part of the Site Property team, you will be reporting to the Site Property Manager in this is a hands on role, helping to deliver a great visitor experience
What will I be doing?
• Cleaning public and staff areas including toilets
• Completing basic maintenance involving toilets/taps, woodwork, decorating, clearing gutters/drains etc
• Facilitating general waste and recycling management including litter picking and emptying bins
• Completing health and safety checks
• Facilitating contractor visits

About you
This opportunity would suit someone who has previous experience in a similar role and has a good level of physical fitness due to the amount of walking and manual handling required for this role. Brockhole on Windermere can be a busy place to work, therefore you’ll have a flexible approach to work and a can-do attitude. You’ll have excellent time management and attention to detail. You’ll also enjoy working as part of a team, be able to follow instruction, and be willing to deliver great customer service to our visitors to maintain the Brockhole standards.
