Hours of Work: Up to 37 Hours per Week

Salary: £9.00- £10.00 (per hour)

At Aspens we work across Kent and Sussex; supporting individuals with autistic spectrum conditions, learning disabilities and
physical disabilities.




Ellasdale road is home to 6 adults with autism. As a support worker at Ellasdale road you will support those living their with all
day to day tasks and activities. Along with your general caring responsibilities (including personal care) this could also include
baking and gardening as well as Horse riding, Zumba and or volunteering at a local animal rescue centre.




This is what makes the role so rewarding, because with each shift you complete you know that you have helped to enrich someone
else’s life and enjoyed yourself whilst doing it!




About You:




We are looking for friendly, hard-working people with a fun spirit and a good sense of humour to join our team of support staff.




We recognise that good support workers come from all walks of life. Whether you have years of care experience or no experience at
all, if you are a caring person, passionate about empowering others and ready to learn new skills we want to speak to you!




Due to current service need, It is essential that you have a valid driving licence and access to your own car.
