The Role
Do you know your mailchimps from your wordpress, your blogs from your subject lines? Then we want to hear from you. This is an exciting role to work across our digital marketing platforms including - email, website, digital screens, blogs, analytics, and more. If you’re looking for a challenge where you can use the breadth of your digital and marketing skills, maximise your existing knowledge, learn new things, all whilst making a real difference through your work, apply now.
You’ll love working in a fast-paced environment where you can use your excellent interpersonal skills to develop a strong brand, build up partnerships, and create impactful and success-driven campaigns/channels.
Working with both the Digital and MarComms teams and wider stakeholders, you will thrive on making a difference to the lives of Southampton students and increasing the reach of our communications.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
You will have proven experience in delivering digital marketing with a keen eye for process and detail to support on campaigns that deepen engagement or unlock experiences for our student body.
You’ll have a solid understanding of digital marketing with experience in CMS (ideally wordpress), CRM and preferrably know email platforms like Mailchimp.
You’ll be able to work independently on these platforms and have lots to offer in terms of ideas and improvements
You will be working closely with our Digital and Marketing teams to ensure a collaborative approach between traditional, social and digital channels.
