Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a MASH Admin tpG3. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our MASH (Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub) department. The MASH Admin tpG3 will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our MASH unit.
Responsibilities
Assist in the coordination and management of all MASH-related administrative tasks
Process and maintain confidential information in accordance with relevant policies and procedures
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conferences for the MASH team
Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents as required
Assist with the management of databases and systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
Provide general administrative support to the MASH team, including managing calendars and making travel arrangements
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and coordination
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Hours Per Week: 37.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £12.39
