Summary

This temporary role within People Services is key in delivering the HR and Workforce Planning Strategy, providing professional leadership for the design, development, implementation and force adherence to the HR and establishment policies and procedures, in line with the Code of Ethics. Through enablement and engagement the role will improve performance of the team and the HR service to the business areas.

Please note: This is a temporary post covering maternity leave, for a maximum period of 10 months (or sooner if the substantive post holder returns sooner).
