Summary

Join us as a Fraud Education Lead

  • In this key role, you’ll lead the Fraud Prevention CoE communication, education and media strategy while being seen as an active voice in industry to drive the bank's brand purpose

  • You’ll contribute to the bank's fraud reduction goal by designing an education model for customers and colleagues, integrating fraud prevention messaging into the bank’s narrative

What you'll do

As a Fraud Education Lead, you’ll develop a network within the bank and with external bodies, peers and government officials to influence industry leaders to drive societal change through a recognized education strategy.

We’ll look to you to lead the strategic development and delivery of Fraud Prevention CoE education agenda, collaborating with communications and marketing to enhance awareness of Fraud threat landscape.

You’ll also be:

  • Working across various sectors including regulatory bodies, big tech and government to design and deliver an industry education strategy promoting positive change

  • Developing strategic partnerships with external partners, industry forums, and peer networks to optimize the Fraud Prevention CoE education strategy and approach

  • Collaborating with communications and marketing teams to gather customer and industry feedback to develop personalized client education strategies, utilizing behavioural insights for customer protection

  • Influencing and partnering with franchises to ensure one bank consistency in education and awareness collateral and interventions, optimizing impact and aligning with strategic priorities

The skills you'll need

To thrive in this role, you’ll have a proven track record of developing Fraud education strategies for customers and colleagues and leading diverse teams to achieve optimal education and awareness impact. You’ll also have a technical background in Fraud Prevention with sound awareness of the threat posed by the evolving Fraud and Scams landscape.

Furthermore, you’ll have:

  • Experience in developing technical fraud education content in partnership with marketing and communication teams to co-create effective, personalised, in journey, customer education campaign content

  • Experience of building an external network of suppliers, partners and peers

  • A proven track record of partnering and influencing senior leadership, working in a matrix driven organisation

  • Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of successfully managing and influencing at all levels

  • Experience in securing senior stakeholder approval for customer education ambition through effective presentations and influencing abilities at Executive Committee levels
