Summary


AHP RETURN TO PRACTICE PRACTITIONER

Honorary Contract (unpaid) for period of supervised practice as part of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) Return to Practice (RTP) process for HCPC registration.

Hours worked per week can be flexible to meet the needs of the practitioner.

Base will depend on profession/team supporting the practitioner.

Are you a qualified AHP who has been out of practice for longer than 2 years and are no longer registered with the HCPC?

If yes,this is a fantastic opportunity to start your Return to Practice journey within Cornwall.

We would love to hear from the following professions:

Dietitians

Occupational Therapists

Operating Department Practitioners (ODPs)

Orthoptists

Physiotherapists

Podiatrists

Radiographers (Therapeutic & Diagnostic)

Speech and Language Therapists

Main Duties

To undertake supervised practice as part of the HCPC Return to Practice process for HCPC registration.

Key activities:
• To update your professional skills and knowledge through supervised practice
• To complete agreed supervised Return to Practice hours in accordance to HCPC guidelines and to meet HCPC standards required for re-registratio

To support your return, contracted hours will be agreed on an individual basis according to service needs and re-registration requirements.

Please note – this vacancy is for professions recognised by HCPC and will be the form of an Honorary Contract position (voluntary).
