If you love cars and driving and have a sense of adventure, we are looking for enthusiastic individuals to become part of a team and grow our network of drivers. As a Specialist Handover Driver, you will be based from our BCA Corby site and will be collecting and delivering vehicles from the site to customers on a daily basis.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Perform customer-facing vehicle delivery and collections for a multitude of reasons, including collection and return of vehicles under cinch warranty; delivery of customer orders outside of normal process; undertaking VIP deliveries.
Coordinate team resource to balance and achieve multiple team objectives within the time frames required.
Interface with customers both verbally and using written communications as required.
Keep internal stakeholders up to date on progress and objective completion.
To be successful, you’ll bring some of the following experience with you:
Driving experience
Strong interpersonal / customer service skills
Self-starter / self-motivated
Excellent knowledge of vehicles
Advanced driving qualifications beneficial
+5 years holding a full UK/EU (or equivalent) driving license.
No more than 3 points on driving licence.
Business insurance on own vehicle is mandatory for this role.
