Summary

To simplify our technology estate, we’re looking for an Enterprise Architect with strong expertise in salesforce and customer relationship management to provide leadership across AXA UKandI.
Reporting into the Head of Enterprise Architecture, you’ll simplify our salesforce estate, driving a robust operating model and strategic alignment with our business roadmap to minimise current challenges and accelerate digital transformation.

What you’ll be doing:
Providing vision, direction and roadmap for Customer Relationship Management
Ensuring alignment of technologies to the prescribed target architecture, architecture framework and standards
Monitoring the development of architecture across UK and Ireland to ensure our architecture practices remain up-to-date and effective
Assessing new and existing strategic AXA UK and Ireland products and systems to identify opportunities for development and creating improvement plans where required
Driving simplification of the technology estate through use of common industry standard
Developing and embedding standards and patterns for common capability problems across AXA UK and Ireland
Identifying and evaluating tools, vendors and partners including early identification of emerging tools and vendors to meet our future needs
