Summary
Deliver high quality compassionate care Undertake clinical tasks including, venepuncture, ECGs, general assessments, NHS health checks, wound care and management. Health promotion - alcohol screening, smoking cessation, healthy diet, physical activity, weight management, sexual health, and family planning. Long term conditions screening, on going management, and referral to other agencies Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work as part of a team. Excellent organisation and time management Handle sensitive and confidential information. Ensuring the privacy, dignity and safety of individuals is always maintained. Recognise opportunities to reduce inequalities and unwarranted variation
