Summary
You will be educated to degree level or have equivalent experience. You will have worked in previous analytics roles, collaborating on data extraction, analysis and information reporting. You are familiar with using SQL/T-SQL. You will also have knowledge of Power BI. These technical abilities will be combined with an attention to detail and a confidence to prioritise your own workload whilst remaining calm under pressure. Act as an advocate for professional values and standards and promote well-being amongst your colleagues. You will work with the Trusts clinicians and managers to roll out the solutions to stakeholders to derive the benefits of the data warehouse infrastructure as well as pursuing the on-going development of this solution, including integrating new data sources, delivering new dashboard and report solutions and visualisations to support performance monitoring, improving clinical outcomes and ensuring the Trust can meet its business objectives. You will have a strong level of knowledge across the range of BI areas including ETL, data warehouse structure and delivering meaningful dashboards and other ways of connecting users to data, whilst having the experience to judge what is the appropriate solution to implement from a strategic Trust position.
