Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic, efficient and organised individual to join our team in the Acute Care Division.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as they will be working within a busy team. This includes communicating with a variety of professionals across the Trust.
The key duties of the role are as follows:
• To organise and monitor the smooth running of the Division's administrative and clerical teams.
• To provide reliable and high quality line management to a number of busy administrative and clerical teams across the Division, including, among other duties, management of sickness, absence, individual reviews and personal development.
• To set up and maintain electronic data recording systems to allow for accurate, up to date and meaningful information to be reported to your team.
• To validate all such data for accuracy.
• To support the Divisional Management Team in meeting the Division's key performance indicators in both the Emergency Medicine and Acute Medicine directorates, particularly through involvement in the Acute Care Manager of the Day Rota. The Division's key performance indicators include the following:• The four-hour target
• The twelve-hour target
• The one hour wait to be seen target
• The fifteen minute triage target.
