Summary

Landmarc Support Services is excited to offer an opportunity for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our Maintenance team based at Westdown Camp in Salisbury.

We are looking for a maintenance supervisor to oversee the management and tasking of maintenance technicians. The successful person should be from a construction or facilities management background, but does not need to possess the technical qualifications, just an awareness of technical requirements.

Main Responsibilities

Supervision of the onsite maintenance technician team to include being responsible for (but not limited to) managing performance, attendance, behaviour, capability, welfare, health and safety and record keeping

To be responsible for

  • Planned, preventative and reactive maintenance
  • Stock management
  • Managing KPI’s
  • Inspections

Management of Contractors to ensure compliance with Health and Safety and CDM

Use the internal maintenance system to coordinate all maintenance activities

Liaise with all stakeholders to ensure effective maintenance delivery

Ensure maintenance and asset records are kept up to date, completing all relevant documentation utilising both IT and paper based systems

Schedule on site visits to deliver work place talks

Maintain a positive and professional attitude, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment

The Ideal Candidate

Knowledge of Health & Safety such as COSHH, manual handling, risk assessments and safe systems of work

Excellent computer literacy, including the use of tablets and relevant software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook

Excellent communication skills

Previous supervisor experience (Desirable)

Must hold Full Valid UK Driving Licence (Essential)
