Summary
Must have experience as a Registered Manager with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health and End of life and has Health and Social Care level 5 and all relevant training, prepare to pass CQC Registration. Must be a Car Driver
Be prepared to cover Coventry, Nuneaton, Bedworth, Leamington Spa, Rugby.

• Meet the needs of all residents.
• Liaise with other healthcare professionals.
• Liaise with all resident’s family members.
• Registered Manager preparation for CQC inspections.
• Training new starters.
• Ensure all staff are giving the best quality of care possible in line with CQC regulations.
• Improving future services
• Co-ordinating service users care plans
• Running the day-to-day tasks.
