Summary
My client are seeking to recruit an experienced conveyancer for their Totton office with scope to be based at an alternative office.
This is a really well established firm with a number of offices throughout Hampshire and a highly recognised brand, considered friendly they're a collaborative team have a good family feel to them. The atmosphere across the whole firm is a positive with 60 staff and 4 partners.
The role will see you manage your own caseload from initial instruction to completion with the support of an experienced secretary. You will work independently without interference and must be confident to work without supervision to a target of around £150k pa serving local communties and leveraging the fantastic relationships with local agents.
To be successful you will be able to demonstrate your competence in managing your own caseload and due to this the salary is highly competitive with the potential for progression.
