Summary

Due to business growth, we are seeking a proactive and organised individual to join our team as an Office Administrator to provide essential support to our roofing team. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects and office functions.

Main Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain computer systems with project-related data
- Manage project documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness
- Organise and maintain team calendars, scheduling projects, appointments, meetings, and training
- Act as a key point of contact for enquiries, providing timely and professional responses
- Assist in the resolution of staff queries and issues
- Perform various office duties as required to support the efficient operation of the team

Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous office experience preferred but not required
- Proficiency in IT and data processing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively
- High standard of customer service and professionalism
- Flexibility and adaptability to fast-paced and deadline-driven environments
