Summary

Your new company

A specialist Manufacturing business operating from the head office based in Colne. This company are now searching for a Business Administrator to help and support the sales team, as you will be the first responder to our incoming calls, process sales orders, as well as maintain the incoming email. The working hours of this role are Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm with optional hybrid working and an hour's lunch break.


Your new role

As Business Administrator your primary responsibilities will include inputting orders, quotes and keeping customers updated with their order status from order acknowledgement right through to printing and e-mailing customer invoices. General office duties will include answering the phone and transferring calls to the appropriate department. Data inputting and updating spreadsheets and customer/supplier records, further duties will include processing sale orders and advertising promotional items. Whilst also being able to liaise with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth running of operations.


What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in securing this position, you must have previous administrative experience. Along with being self-motivated, positive, ambitious, hardworking, and flexible. You should be comfortable working within a small team and contributing to the positive well-being of customers and colleagues, along with being able to demonstrate competence in excel and other Microsoft packages.


What you'll get in return

In return, you will be paid a competitive annual salary from £23,000+ depending on experience and will be joining a successful growing business during an exciting period.
